We are looking for courageous and compassionate professionals to join our team and share our vision.
If you have a degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or medicine and have a passion for working with young people, please email us with a CV and a few words about yourself. Training and supervision will be provided in line with the therapeutic approaches lived by the community and to ensure great team connections.

We think it takes a forest to support young people to live the life they want to.
Every bit helps to build a therapeutic community model that delivers the best possible, evidence-based support to help young people start on this path - now and in the future.
Young Collaborators
If you are a young person who is keen to share your ideas and thoughts with us, you are warmly invited to join our team of young collaborators.
The groups meet 3-4 times each year to help us stay on the right path. No previous lived experience or qualifications needed. We greatly appreciate you – just the way you are.
